These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “User”, or “You”) and Duy Vo, operating the software platforms CourseForge Studio and App Steals (“We”, “Us”, or “Platform”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, creating an account, or otherwise using CourseForge Studio, App Steals, or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Business Entity & Platform Scope
CourseForge Studio is a specialized digital product generation engine and video course synthesizer created and operated by solopreneur software engineer Duy Vo, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. App Steals serves as the central hub and portal for applications distributed directly or via certified merchant networks, including WarriorPlus, Stripe, and PayPal.
3. Account Registration & Universal Single Sign-On
To access the platform, you must register using an authentic, valid email address. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] upon detecting any unauthorized access to your account. Account credentials cannot be transferred, resold, or shared across multiple non-licensed parties.
4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights
Platform IP: All proprietary source code, algorithms, user interfaces, branding, audio-visual presentation structures, and documentation comprising CourseForge Studio and App Steals remain the exclusive intellectual property of Duy Vo.
Customer Commercial Rights: Subject to full payment of the applicable license fee, we grant you an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide commercial license to sell, license, distribute, teach, and monetize any and all courses, presentation slides, worksheets, video scripts, audio assets, and marketing collateral generated by you through the platform. You retain 100% of the revenue you generate from the courses and products you create.
5. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Architecture & API Usage
CourseForge Studio operates on a high-privacy Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) architecture. Users may optionally connect their personal API keys from third-party artificial intelligence providers (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, or OpenRouter) to generate bespoke outputs.
We do not resell, markup, or act as an intermediary for third-party model tokens. Your private API keys are encrypted client-side or securely stored for direct API calls. Any token consumption costs levied by external AI providers remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.
6. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Usage
You agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, or extracting source code from CourseForge Studio.
- Reselling or renting your personal login account credentials without a verified Agency or Whitelabel tier license.
- Utilizing the platform to generate illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, or infringing materials.
- Attempting to bypass authentication protocols, rate limits, or access controls.
7. Payment, Pricing & Instant Digital Delivery
Pricing: All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) or localized currencies. Purchases are conducted on a transparent, one-time fee basis for lifetime core access or explicitly labeled license terms, with zero hidden monthly recurring fees.

In no event shall Duy Vo or platform affiliates be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, third-party API interruptions, or market commercial results. Our total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the software license.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall first be submitted to good-faith amicable negotiation through direct communication with our executive helpdesk.
